How do you source your caregivers?

MyWoosah sources qualified and trained professionals from reliable job boards. Candidates who match our strict criteria (which includes at least an associate's degree and First Aid/CPR certification) go through an extensive interview and background check process, including federal, state, and county criminal search.

Will I have the same caregiver always?

Consistency and routine are some of the benefits of using MyWoosah. We know these two values matter to you and your loved ones; that is why MyWoosah lets you work with the same caregiver, throughout your time with us. Except there is an emergency, your caregiver will always be the same.

How do I schedule my service(s)?

Once you have selected your caregiver(s), the next thing you should do is agree upon a working schedule between you and the caregiver(s). To schedule a service, go to the scheduling section of the app, click the button at the bottom right of the screen, and select create a new schedule. Once the scheduling form appears, select the service you desire, the date, time, duration, and then hit the save button. We will automatically route your saved schedules to your caregiver(s). 

How do I pay for the services?

We send you weekly invoices via your email for you to make payment. All you have to do is click the link and pay with your credit or debit card.

How do I get started with MyWoosah?

All you need to do is schedule a consultation call via the website. The free consultation call provides us an opportunity to understand your family's needs in detail, before customizing a care package for your family.

How do I choose my caregiver(s)?

MyWoosah leverages proprietary technology to match you with up to three qualified caregivers, according to your needs. After the consultation, we present these caregivers and allow you to interview them as well. Ultimately, you get to pick the caregiver(s) that you are most comfortable with, after that interaction.

MyWoosah takes safety very seriously. That is why we go above industry-standard measures to ensure the safety of you and your family. We perform extensive background, motor vehicle records, and employment checks to ensure only the most qualified care for your loved ones. 

How much do the services cost?

What else do I pay for other than the services?
